A Letter from the Founder, Owner and Manager
Greetings!
I started Green Clean Maine in the fall of 2007 with the goal of bringing a non-toxic alternative to the traditional professional cleaning company.
Since our humble beginnings, with just two clients, a vacuum and a plan three years ago, Green Clean Maine has grown to serve more than 100 Portland area clients on a regular basis, with a staff of 11 full and part-time professional green cleaners.
Apart from our green products, top-tier quality and friendly, personalized service, we bring a level of professionalism and green cleaning knowledge to each of our clients that I believe is unmatched in Southern Maine.

'We have had a wonderful experience with Green Clean Maine. We chose a green service because I was pregnant at the time and have two small children. I feel very good about the nontoxic approach to cleaning. The house always smells wonderful after a cleaning - fresh and with a hint of vinegar.
