Winter Updates & Your Referrals Wanted!
Happy President’s Day 2023! We’ve got some updates and important reminders to share – and did you hear… we are looking for new clients!
Schedule Openings for New Clients!
That’s right, for the first time since 2019, we are growing and taking new clients! Have a friend or neighbor who would love our services? Send them our way! Have them complete our online estimate form and we’ll take it from there. Just make sure they mention your name when they book!
Client Referral Contest for Staff
Current clients may see a card left behind at their next visit like the one pictured above – we are having a friendly competition to see who can generate the first referral from an existing client. Share this card with a friend and if you’d like more than one, let your cleaner know! As long as your referral mentions your name, your cleaner will get credit. Prizes for staff will include a paid day off and more!
Winter Safety Reminder
Help us keep our staff safe: please clear outside walkways and stairs of snow and ice, and apply salt or sand as needed. The most common type of injury we see are slips and falls on slick outdoor surfaces. We are working hard to achieve an injury-free winter – thank you for your help!
Last-Minute Reschedules – Please Avoid!
We have seen a big jump recently in last-minute requests to reschedule cleaning visits. We are happy to accommodate but please remember that last-minute requests impact employee pay as we have set aside that time just for you! As such, we usually cannot fill it at the last minute. Remember you can use the client portal to add another notification, say three days before your visit, if that would be helpful in planning.
